- 2 players per team
- 4 end, 6 rock games
- The team with the hammer places a rock on the button, guarded by an opponent stone, placed a brooms length in front of the house, on the centre line
- each teammate plays on opposite ends of the sheet
- One player shoots all 6 rocks, while the other player skips/sweeps. In the next end, they alternate positions. For example: Player 1 will shoot in ends 1 & 3, and skip in ends 2 & 4. Player 2 will skip ends 1 & 3, and shoot in ends 2 & 4.
- Players alternate the 2 positions throughout the entire game
- Sweeping is only allowed by the skips, once the rock crosses the hog line of the 'scoring' end of the sheet
- Points are counted the same as regular curling rules. |
